I have been training with Catherine for a few months now. When i started with her I was out of the gym since before Covid and nervous to get back into it. Catherine has been extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
The classss vary from 1 on 1 to small groups depending on how many are booked in to the session and the solo sessions and group sessions are equally as hard but still enjoyable. I feel like you get the opportunity to ask questions about exercises and form that you simply would not get in a commercial gym class.
